Who We Are?
To better understand who we are, it may be best to tell you who I am. I am an HVAC veteran who’s been in the trade for over 15 years. I formed GlobalTech because I got tired of seeing the ugly truth in this industry: customer service, honesty, quality and all other standards I had been brought up to know and love were either a secondary or non-existent concern. So, I made a business that paves a path where customer service through excellence, quality and integrity was the first and only priority. That’s who I am, and that’s who we are.
